Service packages that grow your online business

Internal and external analysis of the site, a full technical audit — and two options for what happens next. “Audit & strategy”: you get the full review — technical state of the site, content, links, keyword map, internal linking, competitor analysis — and a step-by-step plan of what to do with it; your team implements it.

“Audit + management”: the same, but your project is run by me and my team — technical fixes, content, links, weekly reporting, all the way to the result in rankings. In some cases a developer is needed — the one who already knows the code will implement faster than anyone new. Small technical fixes (meta tags, markup, minor HTML changes) I make myself in the management package, without waiting for a sprint. Available for individual consulting and non-standard requests that fit no package.

Audit & Strategy

The full read of the project, plus the plan that follows from it

fixed scope
$1,649 one-time · up to ~150 pages

Everything the site needs, in the order it should be done: technical, content, links, competitors. Not a list of fifty items without priority, but a roadmap where every item says why now.

Full technical audit — crawling, internal linking, broken links, index coverage. Every blocker becomes a ticket a developer can pull into a sprint.
Keyword research and cluster map — Ahrefs, Semrush. One cluster to one URL, with intent and distance to revenue.
Competitor analysis — 5 to 7 real SERP rivals per cluster: content gap, link gap, share of voice.
Internal linking and page weight — internal PageRank, orphan pages, click depth against the three-click rule.
External analysis — donors, anchors, disavow, and brand mentions of three kinds: linked, unlinked, implied.
Content plan for 12 months — a brief per new page, plus the pages one push away from page one.
Link-building plan — anchor distribution, target publications, realistic placement velocity per month.
Prioritised roadmap — what to fix this month, this quarter, and what we deliberately skip.

Audit + Management

Everything above, and then I run the project month after month

full ownership
$2,400 / month · 3 months minimum

The plan executed: fixes shipped, content published, links placed, numbers reported. First visible movement in rankings takes 2–3 months, a durable effect 6–12.

Everything in Audit & Strategy — kept current as the site and the SERP change, not a static report.
Technical fixes driven to release — tickets, specs for your developers, staging checks before deploy. Small fixes I write myself.
Content end to end — briefs, editing, on-page, publishing calendar, rewrites of pages that stalled.
Link building handled for you — prospect selection and vetting, outreach, anchors planned per cluster.
Weekly monitoring — Search Console, GA4 and rankings. One Looker Studio dashboard.
Monthly review — what shipped, what moved, what is next. A straight answer on what did not work.
Competitor watch — every month I check what changed on their side: new pages, new links, shifts in the SERP.
Response to Google updates — after every core update, a read on what dropped and why, and the plan adjusted for the next month.

My portfolio as a senior SEO consultant

Selected clients
Servers.com Eltima Electronic Team B2B SaaS E-commerce Security SaaS

In 9+ years of marketing and SEO I have worked on very different projects — from local GEO to international SEO: SaaS, e-commerce, infrastructure, security, media. Categories with nothing in common except that the buying decision starts in search. Different niches, same method: find what blocks growth, then fix it in the order that pays first.

the engine

SEO services: technical optimisation, site architecture, AI search, authority

01

Technical site audit

Crawling, indexation, rendering and speed. I read the server logs — what the crawler really fetches, not what Search Console shows. Duplicates, redirect chains, canonicals, robots and sitemaps, JS rendering, Core Web Vitals on field data. Every blocker becomes a ticket with severity and evidence.

Site audits Core Web Vitals Server logs Rendering Indexation
02

Architecture & semantics

Keyword map and clusters: one cluster to one URL, with intent and distance to revenue. Section structure built around how buyers actually search. Internal linking by page weight: orphan pages, click depth, internal PageRank flowing to commercial pages instead of tag archives.

Keyword map Clusters Internal linking URL structure
03

AI search & structured data

Schema.org markup per page type — Organization, Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb — and clear entities so the product is recognised as the answer. Brand mentions across the web: linked, unlinked and implied; since 2025 they correlate with AI Overviews inclusion more strongly than backlinks.

Entity SEO Schema.org AI Overviews Brand mentions
04

Authority & links

Donor profile: unique domains, quality and topical fit, anchor distribution, toxic links for disavow, realistic velocity. Outreach and earned placements in industry media instead of marketplaces. For large sites: multi-market setups, hreflang and processes that survive the next core update.

What the work looks like

All of it is done by me — not a junior under supervision, not outsourced to another country.

The process in detail →

You pick a package and pay, then send the site and read-only access. I run the technical, internal and external analysis, take apart 5–7 competitors and turn all of it into one prioritised action plan. From there the document either goes to your team or I keep running the project myself.

industries

Niches where I have already shipped the growth.

Long buying cycles, technical readers, crowded SERPs. In each of these I have run the audit, written the plan and watched the numbers move — so week one is diagnosis, not onboarding.

Product-led sites where docs, blog and app compete for the same query. I separate the intents, then make the money pages the strongest answer.

02

SEO for hosting and cloud companies

Thousands of plan, spec and location pages. Crawl budget — not content volume — decides which of them Google ever sees.

Trust-sensitive queries, threat glossaries and research content that ranks on demonstrated expertise rather than search volume.

Regulated markets, per-country landing pages and compliance-reviewed copy that still has to convert a comparison-shopping buyer.

senior level

What nine years of work in search give you

Senior does not mean a longer invoice. It means the diagnosis is right the first time, the plan survives contact with your developers, and nobody has to translate the report for the board.

9+ years in search
40+ projects audited
300k+ monthly organic sessions grown

01

The diagnosis is mine to defend

Server logs, a full crawl, Search Console at query x page level and rank history — before a single recommendation. When I say a cluster is losing to a competitor, I show the data that says so, including the parts that argue against me.

02

Migrations that keep the traffic

Replatformings, domain moves and multi-market consolidations: URL inventory, 1:1 redirect map, parity checks, staging crawl signed off, then 30 days of coverage, log and ranking monitoring after the release.

03

Sites at scale, not five-page brochures

Projects from a few hundred URLs to several hundred thousand: programmatic templates, faceted navigation, crawl-budget routing, pagination and international setups where one wrong rule quietly deindexes a whole section.

04

Search strategy at leadership level

Traffic and revenue forecasts, a business case per initiative, and a plan I can defend in front of a CFO. Reporting is tied to pipeline and conversions, never to a screenshot of rankings.

05

Teams get better, not dependent

Briefs writers can execute, tickets developers accept, reviews of junior SEO work, and documentation that stays useful after the engagement ends. The goal is your team owning search, with me as leverage.

06

Accountable, in writing

Every recommendation carries the data behind it and an expected effect. If something did not work, you hear it from me first, with the reason and the correction — that is the difference between a senior and a report generator.

how the work lands

SEO decides what to do. Code is how it lands.

The job is diagnosis, priorities and execution in search. Reading the stack is leverage: it means a developer can implement my ticket without a second meeting — and that I can ship a small fix myself when waiting a sprint costs more.

01

Diagnosis before opinions

Server logs, a full crawl, Search Console query x page data and rank history first. I show which URLs Google wastes its budget on, which queries you are one fix away from owning, and where competitors are simply better. Only then do we argue about strategy.

02

Priorities tied to revenue

Every task carries expected impact, effort and the pages it touches. The backlog is sorted by what moves pipeline — a 20-page fix that unlocks a commercial cluster beats 200 pages of blog nobody searches for.

03

Specs developers accept

Tickets with exact selectors, before and after markup, acceptance criteria and QA steps. Code is how I make the request unambiguous: HTML, CSS, JS, plus Python and regex for logs and bulk data. Small fixes I can ship myself instead of waiting for a sprint.

04

Briefs writers can use

Search intent, entities to cover, structure, word count, internal links and reference pages that already rank — including technical topics where a generalist writes something a buyer will not trust.

05

Inside your process

Backlog grooming with the PM, training for the content and dev teams, one Looker Studio dashboard leadership reads without translation. SEO becomes a workflow you own, not a vendor you rent.

audit scope

What a technical SEO audit of a website covers

164 checks across 14 areas: crawls with specialised tools, server logs, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush and Serpstat data — cross-checked by hand. You get a prioritised backlog with owner, effort and expected impact per item, not a PDF.

14 areas
164 checks
34 blocking
1 backlog
! Search Console coverage broken down by template and by cause, not as one chart
! Server-log analysis: where Googlebot actually spends the crawl budget
! Index bloat — parameters, facets, internal search, paginated tails, session URLs
! robots.txt, meta robots and x-robots-tag audited per template
! Canonical logic checked against the URL Google actually selected
· XML sitemaps: indexable URLs only, split by type, submitted to Google and Bing
· Orphan pages found by crossing crawl, sitemap, GA4 and log data
· Crawl depth: every money page reachable within three clicks

! marks a check that blocks indexation or ranking outright. Open any area to see what gets verified.

before we talk

The questions clients ask most often

Live · usually replies the same working day
Ask me anything about the work — pick a question below, or type your own.
How much does an SEO audit cost?
$1,649 for the full analysis with the action plan: technical crawl and log analysis, keyword and cluster research, competitor analysis, a 3-month content plan and a link strategy — delivered in one to two weeks as a prioritised backlog. If you want me to execute all of it as well, that is $2,400 per month.
How fast will I see results?
Technical fixes move within weeks — indexation, crawl waste, Core Web Vitals. Compounding traffic is a 4–6 month curve. I tell you which bucket each task falls into before we start.
We already have an in-house team.
Then I work as the layer above them: architecture, priorities, and the audits that turn a backlog into a sequence. Most of my work ships through someone else's developers.
What about AI search and LLM answers?
Same foundations, different surface. Entity clarity, structured data, and content that answers completely — that is what gets quoted. I track AI visibility alongside classic rankings.
What kind of projects have you worked on?
Very different ones: B2B SaaS, e-commerce, cloud and hosting, cybersecurity, fintech and large content sites, mostly in English-speaking and EU markets. Several passed a few hundred thousand organic sessions a month while I owned search. The niche changes — the method does not.
Are you an SEO or a developer?
An SEO. I read and write code so a developer can implement my ticket without a second meeting, and so a small fix does not wait a full sprint. But the work I am paid for is diagnosis, research, priorities and execution in search — not shipping features.
How do we start?
A written audit of the current state, then a prioritized roadmap. If the audit shows I'm not the right fit, I'll say so — that happens.
Can you work with our developers' sprint cycle?
Yes — that is the default. I write tickets in your tracker, join grooming when it helps, and review the implementation before it ships. No parallel process.
What if a migration is coming?
Then we do the migration first and everything else waits. A replatform without SEO ownership is the fastest way to lose a year of compounding — redirect mapping, parity checks and a staged crawl are non-negotiable.
Do you guarantee positions?
No, and anyone who does is selling something else. I commit to a diagnosis, a prioritized plan, and measurable execution — traffic and pipeline are what we track, not vanity rankings.
What do you need from us to start?
Search Console and analytics access, a crawl or staging URL, and one person who can answer product questions. Log-file access makes the audit twice as useful.
Do you sign an NDA?
Standard practice. Most of my work is under NDA — that is also why the case studies here are anonymised by category rather than named.
